AWARDING BODIES, ACCREDITATION & MEMBERSHIPS
We are a Licensed Awarding Body authorised by the Quality in Careers Consortium to assess and accredit schools, colleges and work-based learning organisations for the national Quality in Careers Standard.
As an approved centre we are currently offer NCFE qualifications in Employability Skills and Personal and Social Development.
We will be adding more qualifications across a range of subject areas to our service offering.
We have the Matrix standard which is the quality standard for information, advice and guidance services. We continuously review our services to ensure the impact and quality is high and develop new services with our clients.
Members of the team are Accredited Belbin facilitators. We deliver sessions in businesss, schools and colleges, which develop individuals self-confidence and wellbeing and teams' communication.
Members of the team are qualified to train Youth Mental Health First Aiders and deliver Youth Mental Health First Aid Courses.
Our Careers Advisers have a minimum L6 qualification and are Registered Members of the Career Development Institute.
Membership requires 25 hours of CPD.
Members of the team hold a range of coaching qualifications and are members of professional coaching organisations.
