Our Story

Career Seekers Direct's story began in 2017 and our vision of "raising aspirations, developing skills and making valuable connections"  is now a reality.  It's been an exciting journey.  New team members have joined us - bringing a range of additional and experiences  which has allowed us to increase our range of services and the clients we work with.

Our Matrix Standard recognises the quality of our career education, information, advice and guidance services. We offer bespoke skills vocational training and career workshops in schools, colleges and the local community plus we are an approved provider delivering Alternative Learning Provision and deliver our programmes in Coventry and Warwickshire Schools. We are a Licensed organisation able to assess and accredit schools, colleges and work-based learning organisations for the national Quality in Careers Standard.

Our Team

The skilled and professionally qualified team have had previous roles which include teachers, HR Managers, Career Advisers, Coaches and Youth Workers. We have vast experience of working in the utility, hospitality and catering, health & social care, secondary and higher education, charities and manufacturing sectors. This ensures we have an understanding of our 'clients' world and the specific challenges they face.​​

We have a governance and due diligence process in place when delivering our services via public funding.

We are committed to both people and the planet and are aiming to ensure everything we do is sustainable.  We are currently measuring the impact of our activities on the planet, identifying areas where we can improve and working towards becoming a Certified B Corporation.
