We foster the career aspirations of young people by cultivating essential employability skills and offering insights into various industry sectors. Our workshops can be delivered as stand-alone enrichment sessions or compiled to create a bespoke skills development programme to fit your learners’ needs.
Delivery can be on your premises, an external venue or on-line. Our workshops support schools, colleges and work-based learning organisations in meeting national standards such as the Gatsby Benchmark 2 and introduce learners to the Skills Builder framework.
The aim is to equip young people with the skills they can apply to real life situations whilst raising career aspirations. Equipping them with career knowledge and information to enable informed decision making about their future education and employment.
Our team are professionally qualified with many years of experience delivering our services in primary and secondary schools including SEND, colleges and in alternative learning organisations.
