Let’s Do Business (LDB) is an interactive online work experience programme designed to introduce students to a wide range of industries, job roles and real-world workplace skills. Which provides a cost effective way for schools, colleges and work-based learning organisations to meet Gatsby Benchmark 5 and gain knowledge of the 8 essentials skills from Skills Builder.

 

Let's Do Business provides students with the opportunity to explore careers, understand workplace expectations and apply learning in a practical way. Through employer-led videos, practical tasks and guided activities, learners gain insight into different career pathways while developing key employability skills.

Reflective Journal

To support reflection and skills development, LDB also includes: Reflective Journal – Helps students record activities completed, reflect on skills developed and set future goals Skills Builder Information Sheet – Covers key employability skills including Listening, Speaking, Problem Solving, Creativity, Adapting, Planning, Leadership and Teamwork Sentence Starter Help Sheet – Provides prompts to help students write reflections and describe learning and skills used
