Independent Training Providers (ITP's)
Described as a trusted “thinking partner” by the ITP's we work with, we deliver a wide range of career and work related learning services. Our programmes are designed to support education providers in meeting national and local standards, including the CDI Framework for Careers, the Gatsby Benchmarks, and the Quality in Careers Standard.
We have extensive experience working with the education sector offering tailored support that raises aspirations and builds employability skills. From one-to-one personal guidance and group workshops to employer encounters we help learners explore pathways, develop workplace confidence, and make informed choices about their futures. We also collaborate closely with staff to ensure careers education is embedded, impactful, and sustainable across the curriculum.
